FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

Guardian Health Network is proud to serve the community with trusted, professional Medicare advice. Whether you’re new to Medicare or exploring better coverage, our team can help.

Who is Guardian Health Network?
Guardian Health Network is a team of licensed Medicare advisors dedicated to helping individuals understand and enroll in the right health coverage. We specialize in Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Prescription Drug Plans — with a focus on personalized, no-pressure guidance.
What makes Guardian Health Network different from other insurance agencies?
We combine national plan access with local expertise and a personal touch. Our advisors take the time to understand your unique needs and never push a one-size-fits-all solution. We’re committed to honesty, clarity, and long-term support.
Do you only work with one insurance company?
No. We’re an independent agency, which means we represent many top-rated Medicare insurance providers. This allows us to compare multiple plans side-by-side to find the right fit for your budget and health needs.
Can Guardian help me if I already have a Medicare plan?
Yes. Whether you're new to Medicare or already enrolled, we can review your current plan to ensure it's still the best option. We’re here to help if your needs have changed or if you’re considering different coverage.
How can I schedule a consultation?
You can call us, fill out our online form, or stop by one of our local offices. We’ll schedule a time that works for you and make sure you get the attention and information you need — with no obligation to enroll.
Can you help me change my plan if my needs change later on?
Absolutely. We offer year-round support, including during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15 – Dec 7), to help you adjust your coverage as your health, medications, or financial situation evolves.
Why should I work with Guardian Health Network instead of enrolling on my own?
Our team simplifies the Medicare process with personalized guidance, expert advice, and ongoing support. We help you avoid costly mistakes, compare plans from top providers, and make confident decisions — all at no cost to you.
When should I sign up for Medicare?
You can enroll during your Initial Enrollment Period, which begins three months before your 65th birthday and ends three months after. Missing this window could lead to penalties, so it’s best to plan ahead.
Do I need a Medicare Supplement plan?
Medicare Supplement plans (Medigap) help cover costs that Original Medicare doesn’t, such as copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles. If you travel often or want more predictable out-of-pocket costs, a supplement plan might be a good fit.
What is Medicare Part D?
Medicare Part D is prescription drug coverage. It helps pay for medications prescribed by your doctor and is available as a standalone plan or included in many Medicare Advantage plans.
